    I'm over 65 and my doctor told me that my Vitamin D was very low on blood work (17) and that I should take 50,000 IU of vitamin D per week, He also said that it should be Vitamin D3, and I'm glad these capsules are available in a kosher version.

    Convenient weekly dosing in one small capsule!

    This product arrived with a tamper resistant plastic over the entire bottle and seal under the lid. This product is amazing and so convenient being a weekly dose. One dose delivers a whopping 50,000 units of D3 (the most useable form of vit d) for the week! I thought 5,000 a day in one pill was good but this is fantastic! And can I say that my muscles aren't merely as tired as they were before? Such relief! My mood has improved as well! Many of the people I know are vitamin d deficient and suffer from SAD as well. My doctor ordered blood test specifically to check my vitamin d level and I was deficient. After taking this for 8 weeks, my level is now at a good level. Having this is like having a super power and I love it!! Thank you for this product!!

    Works great

    Helps maintaining strong muscles, bones, teeth and immune system. I have noticed a difference since starting this vitamin. It works well and will continue to use since I do not have enough vitamin d. Would recommend this product.

    Once a week is great

    I love that you only have to take this once a week. I usually forget to take it in the morning every day so once a week is great. Even if I forget on the day I usually remember the next day. I feel much better after taking this especially in the winter when there is less sunlight. Great product.

    It is quite easy to develop a Vitamin D3 deficiency, especially in these times when more people are working from home and not leaving the house as much. Thankfully, high-quality Vitamin D3 supplements like this one exist. This is a high dosage of Vitamin D3 and thus you should probably only take it once a week, as directed on the bottle. It is convenient to get a week's dosage of Vitamin D3. This is a great supplement for ensuring you're getting what you need, even if you are a busy person who can't always find the time to get out in the sun.

    Love them!

    I recently received these and have been using them for a while. Vitamin D3 is a hormone and essential for good health. I didn't know it is so important to take vitamin D because I noticed a huge difference right away. I feel more energized throughout the day, which I absolutely love. Also, these are amazing because it has a higher dosage of vitamin D3 that our bodies need. Therefore, you only need to take one capsule a week, which is better than taking them daily. These vitamins are Kosher, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, and Vegetarian Friendly. Overall, I love these and will continue purchasing them.

    I received these to try and then write a review on. I have had them for about three weeks. I don't get that nasty vitamin taste from them. As far as stronger bones. I don't know if it is working or not. I can say that I did kiss the sidewalk and did not break any bones. So I guess they did help.

    Healthy Bones and benefits

    Living in the Pacific Northwest can leave you feeling sad and fatigued due to the lack of sunshine. I found this out about 7 years ago when my doctor ordered labs and found that my body was extremely low on Vitamin D. Since then I have taken the supplement in order to keep my bones, immune system and mood in general healthy. I also have a hard time remembering to take my supplement everyday and sometimes I will accidentally double up. With my Zahler Vitamin D3 50,000 IU, it's once a week and probably that only brand I have seen with the IUs at 50,000. The capsule is small and easy to swallow.

    Zahler Vitamin D3 supports your immune system and healthy bones. It aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of Vitamin d3, calcium as well as phosphorus for keeping strong bones. Although this is a great Vitamin. It's dose is high ( 50,000) so you can take it once a week. Anymore than that I would consult your Doctor first. It's in capsule form and is small so it is easy to swallow. I have had no problem taking this at all and have reaped the benefits.

    I got this Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule .using three weeks from now looks like it will work because I have a deficiency of vitamin D I use other brand but have no difference in my report. but I am using this form for three weeks feels good and energetic me and my husband both taking these capsules and we recommend this product to a friend

    I have always have a vitamin d Deficiency and my dr always prescribes me a quick fix. Well I've been taking these pills one tablet a week and it shows my levels are back into normal range. The down size of this pill is the nasty smell and taste to them.

    This seems to be a fantastic vitamin. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and have not noticed any side effects. I feel like I have more energy and providing my body with what it needs. I take one tablet per day in the morning on an empty stomach.

    If you are looking for a way to get enough Vitamin D, you should try the Zahler Vitamin D3.
    These capsules are small and easy to swallow, and easy for your body to absorb.
    I am always fighting with depression, and in the Winter time it is really hard to get enough sunlight during cold months. Vitamin D3 helps my body to feel better since I am not able to get enough vitamin D3 through my food or sunlight.
    Vitamin D3 also helps your immune system, brain, and nervous system. If you are low on Vitamin D, you should try these as they have many uses for your body.

    Interesting capsules. I've not had capsules with Vitamin D3 50,000 IU before but I like how they are easy to swallow! They are much easier to swallow than gels. Each bottle contains 120 capsules which are approximately 3 month supply. Would recommend to someone needing D3 supplements.

    Easy to take!

    Received and its says take 1 weekly with food. I did that , which the capsule is small and skinny, easy to take. It had no smell and no taste. I took with my dinner and had no side effects. This is great, as you need this vitamin, especially in the Winter months and can't get any easier!
