1Create Your Account
First, you'll need to set up an online account with us. We simply ask you for some basic information including your email and shipping address. This will make placing orders much easier. Plus, members can save on some professional brands when logged in, easily track orders and more.

2Shop and Earn Points
Whenever you make an online purchase with us, you'll start building up rewards points. The system will always round your rewards points up to the nearest dollar. So for example, an order for $14.25 would give 15 points.
Points are earned on web orders based on your subtotal . This excludes sales tax, ineligible products, any expedited shipping fees, and phone orders.
3Redeem Your Points
You can choose when to use your Natural Healthy Rewards points. There is no minimum order required.
Look for your "Redeem" Reward Points button on the payment step of checkout to apply your points and reduce your order total. You'll see this detailed as Rewards Points above your total.*
When you redeem points, the maximum dollar amount available will be applied to your order. If the value of your rewards points exceeds the total of your order, you will retain the remainder of your points rounded to the nearest number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Redeem My Points on Any Product?
Due to manufacturer restrictions, certain brands do not allow reward points to be applied. For a full list of brands that do not accept reward points, click here
Will I Get Reward Points if I Checkout as a Guest?
No. Guest accounts do not accumulate points. In order to start earning points, make sure to log into your account or create an account during checkout.
Will I Get Points if I Create an Account After My First Order?
Yes. Once an account is created, all points from past orders will be applied (as long as the same email address is used).
Will I Earn Points if I Order Over the Phone With a Representative?
Yes. Reward points will be acquired on orders placed over the phone; however, points can only be redeemed on online orders.
Will My Points Apply to My AutoShip Orders?
No. Reward points cannot be redeemed on autoship orders.
How Long Does It Take for My Points to Show on My Account After Ordering?
Reward points will show on your account once your order is shipped.
Do My Reward Points Expire?
Yes, points expire one year after they are earned. To view your Reward Points activity, please log into your account and select "View Rewards".
