Return Policy

Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Natural Healthy Concepts® for any reason within forty-five (45) days of purchase - excluding refrigerated, special order, cosmetics, books or clearance products. (Sales on these products are final.)

Return Instructions

Step 1: Contact Customer Service at 866-505-7501 or at for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Step 2: Safely package and return your items in sturdy packaging. Products must be received unopened and in new condition. Package items tightly and securely as we need to receive them in new condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.

Step 3: Enclose the RMA in your packaging.

Step 4: Seal the package securely and return to the address below:

Step 5: Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)

Unopened Items - 45 Days

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 45 days.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

Our error rate is less than 1% but occasionally we make an error and ship the incorrect item. Please double check the email confirmation you received at the time of your order and if we made an error, please call us at 1-866-505-7501 and we will immediately correct it!

If you made an error and want to return or exchange an item - no problem! Just return it as directed above and we'll take care of it!

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
