NHC began in 2004 when our founder opened a nutrition counseling practice out of her home. As a certified nutritionist, she recommended only the most prestigious, professional supplement brands, products built on the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, so her clients could feel confident in every recommendation. 

Over twenty years, we've watched the industry grow more crowded and harder to navigate: endless products, conflicting information, and less reliable guidance behind any of it. We firmly believe our customers deserve real information to identify their goals, health gaps, and a targeted solution. 

From an in-home practice to a fully omnichannel experience today with wellness stores, online shopping & services, company-owned distribution, and practitioners readily available. Our family-owned business continues to renew lives with the same concepts we were founded on.

This dedicated group of healthcare professionals offers a variety of local natural health and wellness services and education via tele-health consults, in-store workshops, and in-person consults. These advising services are always free. We want all of our customers to live happy, healthy lives, and access to nutritional information shouldn’t come at a cost.
