    Help quality of sleep

    Tried this supplement a few times and felt it really helped my quality of sleep at night. The powder dissolves pretty good (Maybe a little gritty - but it's a supplement what are you going to do?) and I found the flavor to be pleasant. My only complaint is the price tag. Can't really afford it, which is too bad because it worked well.
