    Osteo-Mins AM by Progressive Labs is a natural mineral supplement that contains strontium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, boron and silicon and is taken in the morning.

    Osteo-Mins AM was developed and formulated by Jonathan V. Wright, M.D., author of Nutrition and Healing.

    Many researchers feel that when these nutrients are taken at different times during the day, assimilation of all nutrients is improved. The Osteo-Mins PM formula containing calcium, magnesium, vitamin D (or vitamins D and K) are taken at bedtime.

    Suggested Usage

    Sometimes hard to remember to take all the pills, as I take the PMs also. Found I get nausea if I take these without eating. Hoping it will help keep my bones strong and healthy.....will see

    Giving them a try

    Trying to find the right supplements for building and maintaining strong bones. Just giving these a try. Hard to rate at this point as I just started taking them. Also got the PMs. My only concerns are the amount of pills you have to take, while fitting in other supplements that complete my bone health regiment.
