    Can't use it

    I wanted a good throat spray. The ingredients looked so good. But, it was unusable for me for 2 reasons. First, I shook it and sprayed as directed and began to cough uncontrollably for several minutes. It irritated my already irritated throat. But why? For some reason, there is capsicum as an "other" ingredient. I tried to shake it more to see if it was just too concentrated. same result. Second, the spray nozzle is inefficient. It leaks and leaks off to the sides of the nozzle. Makes me wonder if they did any real world use tests before putting this product out. Fortunately, nhc has a great refund policy and customer service refunded my purchase after I called to let them know my experience.
