    Goodbye Muscle Cramps

    I got this because I tend to have sore muscles and leg cramps. I take 3 capsules daily with food and it seems like my frequent leg cramps are not so frequent and definitely keep you regular.

    Calming and energizing

    This is the most potent form of magnesium I have tried. I don't have any digestive side effects and it is the most relaxing form of magnesium out there. I wonder if it is actually dimagnesium malate?
