    I was already a "good" sleeper, but...

    This stuff is awesome to take before bed, I get such a healthy feeling sensation of sleepiness after taking it, and go out like a light! I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. Will continue to buy and take. My one complaint is that huge tablets like these are almost impossible for me to swallow, and I have to grind them up and capsule them. Please make this product in capsules or much smaller tablets!

    Everything I buy from Metagenics is excellent. My two favorite products are Methyl Care and Mag Glycinate.

    I can't duplicate these products anywhere else and since I've been using them, I get much fewer leg cramps and my blood tests are excellent. I take no high pressure meds and have excellent cholesterol levels which I attribute to these two supplements. (Promotional Review)

    I've taken the Metagenics Mag Glycinate for about 13 years.
