    So Far So Good

    I have PCOS and I've been taking this for a little over a week. I take two in the morning and two in the evening, I find this works best for me. My energy is up and my constant cramping has subsided. Looking forward to how to this continues to work!

    Wow wow so, this really has helped me. I know I probably have PCOS ( due to some facial hair). My menstrual cycle was extremely heavy, a lot of cramps after I stopped taking my birth control. And when I mean 180 change I mean it! The cycle has been cut in half, not heavy like it was, and my facial hair growth has slowed down! In love with this

    I am not the end user, but purchased for my wife post-pregnancy. She spent a good deal of time researching before landing on this brand and so far, has been happy with the product. She wanted to find a good blend of bioavailable inositol and folate- the CoQ10 was an added bonus. Reordering soon!

    Helps with Perimenopause hormone balance.

    Since starting into perimenopause I’ve been trying to find supplements that will help balance my hormones with taking actual hormone replacement therapy . This myo inositol supplement made with Wild Blueberry and Pomegranate extracts is known for its antioxidant properties. I like that it supports hormonal balance and overall health and well-being.

    Helps with hot flashes

    I recently started taking this and I've noticed a reduction in hot flashes. I also appreciate the CoQ10 in the supplement. I look forward to seeing the long-term improvements from taking these capsules.

    Good for perimenopause

    Finding supplements for perimenopause has not been easy for me. I found that DIM works for me and also Inositol. This Inositol/antioxidant blend helps me feel calm and sleep better. My body feels steadily cool without constant hot flashes. Q10 helps with skin and heart. I'm having good luck with this and thus will keep taking it.

    A well rounded hormonal balance supplement

    These capsules are easy to take and no strange taste. I like that this is the methylated form of folate which is more easily taken up by the body. The inositol in this formula is great for balancing women's hormones and helps me feel regular for my cycle. COQ10 is a great addition that helps with circulatory health.

    Amazing features!

    Helps with hormonal dysfunction.

    I was recommended by my doctor to take the inositol supplements for helping with my hashimotos symptoms. Chose this brand of course because it is the best on the market (which was approved by my doctor again) . It helped with my mood swings for sure and started to feel more energized hopefully it will decrease my TSH levels also but will know for sure in a month after my blood work again.
