    Great for our little

    We just heard about liposomal iron from our dietician after being worried for so long about bothering his gut from a traditional iron salt, and he wouldn't tolerate heme. After the FIRST day of using this, he went from waking every 2 hours at night to only waking ONCE the entire night - so we're sold :) It's such a relief that we don't have to harm one thing to help another, and I really appreciate how there are limited ingredients in this product. I just break open the capsule and mix with a bit of sunflower seed butter on a spoon and he takes it no problem.

    I have noticed a difference since taking these

    I’ve been taking iron supplements for my anemia for quite some time,, so I was excited to try these new Liposomal iron capsules. Serving size is one capsule and there are 90 in this container the. I have noticed since taking these that I do not experience any weird side effects or stomach issues. Usually when I take my iron, it has to be on a full stomach because I experience discomfort. I have not experienced that so far with this product. I am feeling more energetic since taking these. I am hopeful that by the time I am done with this 90 day supply, I will notice a significant difference. So far so good!

    Great source for your daily iron

    Liposomal just means that's it is a iron pill that has an easy to absorb with a fat like particle additive. I take this once a day. It's easy to swallow and taste like nothing. I like that it is easy on the stomach and wouldn't change anything about it.

    Great Iron Supplement

    I have had anemia issues for years due to other chronic illness. I was taking prescription iron capsules. I feel like this liposomal iron may be better for me. I was taking 150 MG now taking this 65mg and I will see at next blood work in a few months. No stomach upset and easy to swallow.

    Great supplement without any naseau

    These are the only iron supplements that I can take without feeling nauseous after or super tired hours after taking. I started to take these at night (I used to in the morning but I would often forget), and now my days are free of seeing those dots and feeling dizzy.

    as expected

    We have used this brand before. This is a higher dosage. Good for anemia. I get anemia from my menstrual cycle and end up with end menstrual migraines. This helps with that and is a nice higher dosage for that time period. Do not seem to be adverse effects. No stomach issues. I take mine with a liposomal vitamin C for absorption. No complaints or regrets.

    Good quality supplemental with 90 day supply

    I don’t know what caused it, probably changes in diet from lockdowns and pandemic, but I came up as slightly anemic on my bloodwork. My doctor told me to take iron supplements, which are widely available as ferrous sulfate. I don’t know enough about “liposomal” technology to really comment on it, but the supplements that I have used that are Liposomal for better absorption seem to work great. As this brand mentions, there were no adverse gastrointestinal issues, and the container has 90 days of doses. If I am trying something new, I don’t mind a lesser amount, but something that I know I will keep taking, in a 90 day supply, is much more convenient. Great product.

    Gentle on Stomach

    Got this to replace a gentle iron supplement. It works well, leaving no upset stomach, which was the biggest question.

    The pills are of a reasonable size and easy to swallow. The dosage is also for a single pill, which is nice when you take a number of supplements each day.

    Overall this is a recommend for anyone who needs an iron supplement that won't cause stomach upset.

    Amazing Iron!

    So excited about this iron! I often take iron supplements prescribed by the doctor so I thought I would try this when I saw it on offer. It gives everything you need plus it promises to be gentle on the tummy. It's a good value compared to similar products available too. I've just started it but everything is great so far. I won't know about any improvement in my blood for awhile but I'm happy with what I've experienced with this iron. It's very important to keep iron and all supplements/medications away from children and pets. There is a clear warning on the bottle but the print is small so I wanted to include it here:
