Suggested Usage

Upsets stomach
I didn’t like this product. I tried it several different times to make sure it was causing the issue and it was each time. Also didn’t like the feeling. Maybe a gaba supplement without the l theanine would be better.

Calmness and relaxation in a bottle
You got worries, stress, high protein diet, MSG intake or just trying to heal and retrain your brain to be calmer? This is it. This will make all the difference. It’s like the difference between trying to shovel snow with a spade or a snow shovel - the spade will eventually get the job done but the snow shovel will be inside drinking hot cocoa hours or days before the spade. Another analogy - trying to accomplish the above objectives would be like trying to mow grass and rake leaves in the rain. This stuff makes the sun come out - easing a tasky job into efficient zen state. This is the same product dispensed from her office Out of convenience I ordered it online same day deliver it was in a padded wrapper and bubble wrapped The bottle is also shrink wrapped. the bottle had leaked and dried to a milky color there’s was a thin layer of s I was disappointed but using it any how No crack to the top or glass that I can see It must sit on the bottom or it will leak

The flavor isn't that offensive to me and definitely is worth tolerating because this stuff works. My sleep quality has improved and if I do wake up during the night, I just take a pump or 2 of this magic potion and poof, sleeping soundly again. I use much less than the recommended dose, but I usually take much less of all supplements and medicines.

Love this stuff for relaxation!
I take this supplement here and there when I'm feeling stressed or anxious (though I noticed it doesn't help as much when I'm super activated). Overall it's been great in helping me to feel present, grounded, content. I've used it at bed when I can't sleep too and it's been fine. I definitely recommend!
