    Suggested Usage

    So I started using this to help with pain that I've been experiencing. It doesn't cause any side effects to me and has lessened some of my pain. They aren't hard to take and the bottle is fairly easy to get open to use without having to struggle.

    Sorry, didn't work for me

    I chose this product because I have a real issue with inflammation. I really wanted this product to work for me. I'm sorry to say this product did not really help with my inflammation. However, I hear some people find much relief with this product.

    Helpful for recovery after strenuous activity

    I workout hard and have been increasingly “feeling it.” Even after being on my feet all day when I'm not used to it, like cooking during the holidays, causes my legs and feet to ache. Continuing to workout and stay active is essential for health and vitality, and this helps manage the joint soreness and puffiness that can come with being over worked for whatever reason. The only draw back is how many pills are recommended (4 total). I take the first daily recommended dose (2 capsules) with my regular supplements, but sometimes forget to take the rest. Thankfully, the pills are not too big, so they are easy enough to take.

    Part of our daily routine!

    My husband and I have both started taking this in hopes for better muscle recovery from my workouts and my husbands manual labor job that includes a lot of heavy lifting. We can definitely tell a difference in just the short time we've been taking it. Very easy to take and seems to be very effective! Very pleased with our results so far!

    I Feel Great!!

    I started using this product two weeks ago. I have been a long distance runner for many years and have started to incorporate weight training. I was feeling so much pain in my joints and was feeling stiff, even after doing stretches. This product has been a life changer! I feel like I can move again! My hips and knees no longer hurt! I feel like my inflammation in my shoulders and wrists is gone! This vitamin has been the only change that I've done. They do not upset my stomach and do not leave an after taste, I love it!!

    Great Ingredients

    After taking some time using the Inflame-X, I noticed I have been getting around with a little more ease. I'm sure I can attribute that to the wonderful ingredients such as...turmeric, ginger root, yucca powder, etc. I'm usually very stiff in the mornings and very fatigued. I have been feeling great and getting a lot more done around the house. As well as getting through my workout with more ease! The only downside, I wish recommended dosage was fewer!

    Disapointing

    I chose this item because my Dr. took me off all NSAIDS and my knees were very unhappy about it. I've been using this supplement as directed for 2 weeks. I cannot feel any relief in the arthritis pain/swelling in my knees. Would not recommend.

    High hopes

    I've suffered from arthritis for years. I've always used glucosamine to help combat the inflammation. As with any supplement it takes a while to build up in your system. This seems to be working at least as well as the other supplements I've tried. I have high hopes that it will continue to impove the discomfort.

    Great for my arthritis

    I have osteoarthritis and during the winter all my joints and body aches. These pills help a lot with my pain. I didn't notice any difference in my pain until taking these pills for a week. I am able to move freely without any pain. I highly recommend this product to people with any type of arthritis.

    So effective!!

    I've been taking this for the last week and I'm honestly so impressed. I have really bad IBS and have symptoms normally everyday that leave me in so much pain. Since I started taking inflame-x I have noticed a significant less amount of pain. Take 1-2 during meals. I hope it helps you like it's helped me
