    Kept me healthy!

    I started taking this brand of zinc along with the same brand of quercetin as well as vitamins LONG before 2020. Still unvaxxed, but have never had so much as a sniffle in years. I fully believe in this product and will continue taking as long as it's available.

    Definitely will keep buying this product

    I take one capsule daily with water. I started doing this for my Hashimotos disease as zinc gets depleted. Then when COVID-19 hit they were saying how zinc helps. I have to say I've been taking it before Covid hit and haven't gotten sick. Great product.

    Zinc is awesome for allergies!!!

    I was advised by my holistic MD to take 40 mg. zinc for allergies. I was taking 15 mg., so I added 30 mg, to get closer to 40 mg, which he suggested. I got such relief!! I was amazed that I no longer had to take antihistamines to get relief from my allergic response to spring! Zinc is awesome for allergies!!!

    More energy and clearer thinking

    I take this to detox excess copper. I only take one every other day at this point and I can tell a big difference in my energy level, and clearer thinking. I take this before bed and it helps me sleep through the night. I wake a little groggy the next morning but could be due to the detox effect for me. I have a better attitude and I am more happy and calm. I also trust the quality of this brand and have never had a problem with Pure Encapsulations in the last 15 years of use.
