Suggested Usage
- Shake before each use.
- Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using.
- Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 1 to 3 times in each nostril as needed for temporary relief of congestion.
- Use preventatively as often as needed to cleanse nasal passages and sinuses.
