    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement, add one scoop (33 g) of 100% Whey Protein Isolate Powder to 8 fluid ounces of water, juice or milk (dairy, almond, oat, rice or soy) and mix or shake until smooth. For best results, liquid should be very cold. Mixes instantly without the use of a blender.

    Have been using the natural flavor for many years with great success!
    Use daily in a smoothie. Provides alot of protein since I do not eat any meat but eat seafood periodically. On auto-ship - price is very good and appreciate Reward Points.

    Bluebonnet Whey

    I have been using this product for over a year now so that proves I really like it. It goes well with my personal drink concoction which I won't list in detail but it goes very well with juices of all kinds. It gives energy without a fat or heaviness.

    This whey protein tastes great and there is noticeably less separation which is indicative of the undenatured properties. It was delivered lightning fast and I'd Glady order another 2 pounds! Great buy!

    Love my BB WPI!!!

    Love this stuff!!! Awhile back when I got a bad cold/flu, I switched to vegan protein to avoid dairy for congestion. I used Vega All in One Nutritional Shake.Loved the mocha flavor and stuck with that for months, but my body didn't likeit. I recently switched back to my beloved Blue Bonnet WPI and wow, my muscles are more defined and my belly's flat and tight again!! I think my body simply metabolizes the WPI much better than the pea and brown rice protein the Vega uses.

    New Whey

    First bought because it was organic and used only whey protein. Taste was very good (vanilla). My son who is a runner also thought it was very good. I reordered without reading the ingredience because I thought I was reordering the same product. I used it the first time and realized I forgot to order vanilla. Then I checked the ingredience and saw that they had added soy. I cannot tolerate soy so I can no longer use this product.

    I'm Impressed

    This natural protein was referred to me by my bootcamp instructor (exercise class) as a recovery drink. I absolutely love that there are ONLY three ingredients (and no arsenic is NOT one of them). I have been trying to eliminate much of the processed foods from my diet and this fit the bill. I am home from my workout close to 9 pm so I really do not want to eat anything big that late at night, so I have incorporated this into a recovery drink with fruit and I have it with a very small dinner. Most other proteins that I have tried left me with an overfull feeling making it hard to sleep, but this one is MUCH different. I am able to get the recovery protein I need without the overfull feeling even when I add a very small dinner. In addition, ordering it online was much cheaper. A friend bought it at a store and paid more than twice of what I paid for half as much... I give this a big thumbs up!!
