    Vitex 750

    I have only started taking vitex nearly 2 months ago and I am starting to feel the difference. Increased breast comfort, much less cramping. I feel it is starting to have a positive effect.

    This really works

    This is the best thing I've found for stabilizing my mood when ""my hormones kick in"". I start taking it mid cycle and continue until the end of my cycle. If I forget and start feeling emotional, I start taking it right away. Relief is amazing and helps within a day or two. I no longer suffer for the last 2 weeks of my cycle. I have had no side effects from it.
