    Donna -

    This works!

I have Italian heritage and have had dark circles since I was five! I'm in my early 60's and finally decided to use an eye cream. This is the second one I tried. I think it's great! I believe it tightens the skin, and the golden color of the fluid assists in reducing the appearance of the dark circles. You do need to be careful as it will sting if you get some in your eye.
