    Good results

    I have used strontium for about 3-4 years and have had good results. My Dr wanted me to go on a bone strengthening medication but I was not comfortable with the possible side effects. I went on-line and discovered strontium and saw it had good reviews. My last bone density showed my bones density had improved and I attribute that to the strontium as it is the only change I made along with weight bearing exercise (walking on a consistent basis).
