Suggested Usage

It helps
I've been using this and the one with a different label for several years now for heavy flow and flooding and large clots due to fibroids and peri-menopaue. I noticed a big difference when I ran out and went back to not being able to leave the house. This does make a difference. Also I've researched it and this and the other label are the same product, the labels are different because one is considered consumer and one considered pro for business but they are the same product and both work great.

This is great! It was suggested by a Naturopath as I had a fibroid that was causing heavy periods. This made them shorter & not as heavy- it's a God send.

This product has been a live saver for me. I had heavy periods for a few years after the birth of my son. I became very ill and it was discovered my HG levels were at 10.2 and my iron levels were so low they couldn't even be measured. I went through a series of iron infusions to get my levels back up and get healthy. However with continued heavy menses I was looking at a possible hysterectomy, or an ablation. Birth control pills made me ill and I got a nasty infection from an IUD. I decided to go ahead and try these and WOW, I wish I had known about them sooner. I don't even take the full recommended dose and I noticed the blood loss was about 1/4 of what it had been without these. I wish more OB/GYN were oopen to alternative medicine. This could save many women from a lot of aggravation and difficult decisions!!! Great Product!!
