    Suggested Usage

    Fan of Natural Factors, but NOT this product.

    I have used lots of Natural Factors products in the past. My favorite was there SlimStyles Shake mix with PGX, but they don't seem to make it anymore. This is a good fiber solution, but way to hard to use. Doesn't mix well in water or smoothies and DOES affect the taste. Plan to finish this container, but won't reorder. Hope they bring back the shake.

    Slim Styles PGX

    PGX does keep you full for longer and the fiber is great but I get bloated so I don't use everyday just on days I know I will be at home. On other days I use another fiber supplement
