Suggested Usage

So far I like it

As I've tried to clean up my diet, I've started drinking only distilled water or reverse osmosis. While I know I would 'probably' get all the necessary minerals from food sources, having this as an additive to the water ensures that I'm not missing anything.

I have always gotten bad cramps in my legs when I've had extended time off from the gym and while I can't say that these added minerals are the sole reason I haven't gotten them, I am 100% sure they are helping tremendously. I have a good understanding of essential nutrients but I wouldn't have bought this without a recommendation from one of the wonderful practitioners at the store; so thank you for that!
