    I buy this product monthly

    I have EPI so I needed to replace my digestive enzymes. If I do not take this product with each meal, my blood sugar drops to dangerous levels as I am not able to break down my food myself and my food passes through my digestive system undigested. This product helps me to absorb more nutrients & more calories, it keeps my blood sugar more stable and it breaks down more of my meal for me. It is especially helpful with fats- I eat a lot of avocados and fats tend to hurt my stomach. This product helps to minimize the stomach pain and the stomach pain occurs less frequently with this product.
