KAL Imported Nutritional Yeast Fine Flakes are unfortified, vegan, and unsweetened, with a wonderful nutty roasted flavor. It is primarily grown on sugar beet molasses produced from non-GMO sugar beet. The whole food source produces yeast flakes containing a full spectrum of essential amino acids and a variety of B vitamins.

Suggested Usage
Mix the desired amount into your favorite food or beverage. Nutritional Yeast dissolves easily and brings added nutritional value to stews, casseroles, soups, meat loaf, broths, gravies, protein drinks, juices and milk shakes. It may also be sprinkled over green salad, fruit salad, yogurt, cottage cheese and peanut butter.
