    Kirkman NAC 100 mg

    I tried several NAC capsules but they all bothered my esophagus as they were too strong. Kirkman is the only one I found with 100 mg per capsule and no problems with the dose, small and easy to swallow too.

    Rare dose

    600 mg was too much for me. After trial and error with this stuff, I figured out 300 mg twice a day was my go-to. This supported my ability to breath deeply supporting my lungs and sinuses tremendously, tho this was not original reason for taking it. Supports kidneys and liver and a host of other stuff. Some of us are very sensitive to how supplements effect us. We don't need a lot to make a big difference sometimes. I found another brand that has the 300 mg that works for me along with other supporting ingredients, that is even more affordable.

    Kirkman NAC 100 mg

    this is the only NAC I use as it comes in a low dose of 100 mg per capsule - and capsules ae very small. Any higher dose bothers my esophagus. Great product.
