    Very Helpful

    I take it before bed to help me relax and helps me sleep through night. I don't take it during the day it makes me too relaxed.

    Excellent for racing mind

    If you have insomnia or wake up in middle of night with racing thoughts, this was a game changer. I can easily go back to sleep and wake up relaxed instead of anxious.
