    Magnesium

    I take 1 in the morning and 2 before bedtime. I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome, and the magnesium, in conjunction with my medication, helps me get to sleep and actually have a restful night.

    Essential part of Daily routine

    Was recommended by Naturopath Endocrinologist for Graves Disease, but after years of taking have discovered more and more people with other conditions are deficient in magnesium. Orotate is a good way to get magnesium if immune system has been compromised for any reason

    Auto-immune 101

    Everyone in the U.S. is Magnesium deficient, but for auto-immune sufferers, this is an essential. It is a baseline necessity, and sometimes I will take a tablet in the middle of the day or night as well. Orotate is more easily absorbed and I have been taking this since 2009.

    MAGNESIUM OROTATE IS THE BEST!

    I TAKE THIS PRODUCT EVERY MORNING A HALF HOUR AFTER I TAKE MY THYROID MEDICINE. I DO NOT MISS A DAY OR RUN OUT BECAUSE WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS I CAN FEEL THE EFFECTS WHICH ARE SHAKINESS AND PANICKY. I HAVE BEEN TESTED ON THIS PARTICULAR BRAND AND IT RATED THE HIGHEST SO I DO NOT DEVIATE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CHECKED PRICES AND THIS ONE STILL IS A VERY GOOD PRICE.DO NOT GO WITH INFERIOR BRANDS BECAUSE OF COST, YOU WILL FEEL IT!
