    Magnesium Citrate from Solaray is a specially chelated form of magnesium using citric acid. Minerals bonded with citric acid are specifically formulated for people with low stomach acid and are intended to improve mineral bioavailability.

    Magnesium participates in numerous enzymatic reactions in the body and is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy heart, muscle, nerve and circulatory function.

    Suggested Usage

    Use only as directed. Take 3 VegCaps daily, preferably with a meal.

    Solaray Magnesium

    Good price on a good quality magnesium. Really like that this is a capsule, so it is very easy to take. Some magnesium pills can be quite large. Will buy again!
