    Effective magnesium

    Very effective magnesium for getting one's constitution going, taken on occasion when needed. If you are sensitive to that type of thing, then a glycinate formula may be better, which the latter is what I take on a daily basis due to IBS. Really depends on your body and what your goals.

    Magnesium 500 with B6
