    Sun Flower Oil

I really do not understand why they use sunflower oil in their products. The product may be very good for some health issues but you are killing us with sunflower oil which is very toxic and inflammatory. I can't believe it. We cannot trust any company; they do not care about us just money.

    Powder form is great

We really like liposomal vitamin C & magnesium glycinate; which is the preferred Mg! We can do w/o all the capsules. Use it in our smoothies- pure no color & no taste👍 What a joy!

    Horrible

Was a waste of money! The taste is so bad that I couldn’t even drink it. I had a subscription but cancelled. Switched to Mary Ruth nighttime minerals. Has a great taste.

    Excellent Supplement

I've been trying a lot of magnesium supplements lately in all sorts of forms. This is the first powder I've tried and it does seem to give my anxiety a break. The powder is sweet which I don't like but I like the effect it has on me so I can keep up with it. I'm going to take it until it runs out and then try another canister of it for my teenage son who also has bad anxiety. I find that taking it at night is the best because it makes me a little sleepy and my son suffers from insomnia. So for a sleep aid (not like melatonin) and lessening anxiety I would recommend this.

    Great item!

I take a lot of herbal supplements. My herbalist recommended that I take this product because magnesium glycinate is the best form of magnesium. It’s a powder so it gets in your system faster. I take it before going to bed and it really relaxes your body.

    Maximize Absorption and Benefits

My family and I have been taking the Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate powder supplement for a while now and we absolutely love it. The supplement provides 200 mg of TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate chelate per serving which is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. We've noticed that the liposomal delivery system enhances absorption and supports calming and relaxation effects making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to reduce stress and promote relaxation. It's great to have a product that the whole family can use. Overall we highly recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being

Great for post workout or before bed!

Magnesium Glycinate is such a wonderful form of Magnesium. As you know they all help with different things. Magnesium in general aids in muscle recovery and stress reduction. This is liposomal so this can be easily absorbed and utilized by your body where it's needed! I typically mix this with their collagen after my workouts but will occasionally mix it into a hot tea before bedtime. Glycinate promotes healthy stable sleep. Whatever your needs are give this a try. If powder isn't your thing this comes in a capsule form too!

    A good form for absorbtion

I like to get powdered Magnesium for my granddaughter to take at bedtime for relaxation to help her sleep. It seems like the powdered formula helps in this situation better than a tablet or capsule. This formula has definitely been effective for her. SHe did not like a raspberry flavored one we started with. This one is unflavored but it is sweetened with Monk Fruit Sweetener. I kind of wish it had no sweetener because my husband cannot tolerate Monk Fruit for some reason and he wanted to try it. But I think most people do not have issues with it and since magnesium tends to have an unpleasant taste maybe it's really needed.
