    Help keep your gut health in check.

    Codeage glutamine powder mixes well in my coffee. I use it everyday to help keep my gut healthy. I have sjogrens and seem to have a lot of gut issues and constipation. I ran out a few months ago and figured I just take a break. Well big mistake I became so constipated and had to use laxatives to get things moving again. Then it dawned on me I stopped using my daily scoop of glutamine. Never again. I’m a glutamine lifer. Codeage gas a great products no taste so you can add it to any beverage. I love it.

    Helps my IBS-c

    I’ve been using glutamine for sometime now for my gut health. I have sjogrens an autoimmune disease that affects your glands that produce saliva and tears. The dry mouth has been causing many digestive problems but the worst is constipation. I didn’t realize that glutamine was helping keep me more regular until I ran out and didn’t take it for 2 months. I had sever constipation and could only illuminate if I took a laxative or enema. I ordered more right away and after a few days it helped me start up again and going much more regular now. I use it every day with one heaping scoop in my coffee every morning. It has no flavor so you don’t taste it at all. Hope this helps someone with gut issues to help lesson them and heal your gut.

    High quality glutamine

    I'm very happy with the quality of this glutamine supplement. I add it to my pre-workout and can't taste any difference. It dissolves quickly with no lumps or grittiness.

    This is a nice big container with 90 days supply. Love that it is Made in the USA with high quality and natural ingredients. The powder blends well and has no flavor or after taste. The liposomal delivery makes it absorb better in the body. I can easily recommend this.

    Works great!

    It’s working great for my husband he is taking lots of nutrients pre workout creatine caffeine post workout etc and he started taking this brand L-glutamine also. First he prefers only this brand he says it’s the best quality. And especially since he started mixing L-glutamine his gut health improved feels more energetic and he needs less time for muscle recovery. Overall he is very satisfied!
