Excellent product
I've been taking this for about 25 years. Before Ligaplex 1 I had daily pain. Once I started taking it, pain went away totally within about 2 weeks! I stopped taking it once because it was recommended I try something else -- pain came back -- I restarted it and have been pain free since.
