    So many good things in it!

    My chiropractor recommended this product as he also takes it. I teach 2nd grade and was sick for a month with all different viruses and cold, once I started this I haven’t caught any of their germs, so far so good,

    Immunomax Chewables help avoid the colds and flu

    I started taking these 3 years ago after my doctor recommended them. I usually get a cold at least onec a year. After the first year of no colds I started my 87 year old mother on them and any friend that would listen to me. Neither I or my mom have had a cold or flu for 3 years. I take one a day during cold and flu season. If I am around people that are sick I take a few extra during the day. When I start to get minor cold symptoms like a scratchy throat or slight cough or runny nose I start taking these every 2 hours until the symptoms go away. It was worked every time. I have shared them with friends just as they are getting a cold and it has stopped it every time. I have these with me at all times during cold and flu season so I start them immediately at the first symptom of a cold. I never get the flu shot because on a good year it is 10% effective. I also wash my hards before I tough my face and try not to touch my face much during cold and flu season.
