Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake well before using. Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 4 half-droppers), up to 3 times daily. Dilute in 2 to 3 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea.
