Nutrition:
- People with cystitis should increase their intake of cranberries or cranberry juice.
- Drink plenty of fluids to help flush out the bacteria in the bladder.

- Avoid juices that are high in fructose syrup, sugar, or sweeteners as they provide nutrients for bacterial growth.
Suggested Usage
