Suggested Usage
- Before use, mix gently by inverting or swirling the bottle several times. Do not shake vigorously. Take 1 serving by mouth. Hold in mouth for 90 seconds before swallowing. Can be repeated up to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.

Escape from pharmaceuticals
My primary care doc and cardiologist had me on two pharmaceuticals to address high blood pressure. The first one (yes that is a total of three different drugs) tanked my energy and left me exhausted, made me out of breath walking upstairs and I gained 10 lbs.
