Suggested Usage
Adults and Children 12 years and older: Take 15 drops under the tongue every 2 hours or as needed until symptoms improve, then reduce to 4 times daily. Continue taking for two complete menstrual cycles.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Warnings
