    Suggested Usage

    Adults and children 12 years and over: as a relaxant: swallow 1-2 tablets with water as needed three times daily.

    Sleep Aid

    I have always had trouble sleeping. I don't recall who recommended this product years ago. I take it when I have issues falling asleep. Works most of the time. Easy to use and I don't feel sedated. Highly recommmend.

    It’s worth buying

    I like Calms Forte. It’s not perfect, but it definitely helps. Our experience is that homeopathic sleep formulas work best if we don’t overuse them.

    Great product, the name says it all!

    I have used calms forte for years, not only as a sleep aid but during the day to keep me calm and centered. I can't recommend it highly enough, and NHC sells it in a convenient 100 tablet bottle so it is always at your fingertips!

    Great product

    On very stressful days I take it every couple of hours. It calms without making me groggy or sleepy. I take it @night when my mind will not shut down and it helps me sleep.

    Very effective product!

    Calmes Forte has been around for many years -because it works so well! It can be chewed or swallowed. No matter what time of day I take it, it doesn't feel sedating or give me a groggy hangover.
