    Vitamin D3, a fat soluble vitamin, has been shown to play a critical role in bone metabolism, as well as in the absorption of Calcium and Magnesium in the intestine. Vitamin K2 is a nutrient that further supports bone health through its participation in healthy bone calcification.*

    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement, take 6 capsules daily in divided doses, preferably with food. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® OsteoBoron®, Zinc and Ipriflavone.

    Ingredients

    • Serving Size: 6 Capsules
    • Amount Per Serving:
    • Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 1,000 IU
    • Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone) 90 mcg
    • Calcium (from Calcium Citrate) 1.0 g (1,000 mg)
    • Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide) 500 mg
    • Trace Mineral Concentrate (with Alfalfa) 100 mg

    Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.

    Contains no: sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.

    Warnings

    Consult your health practitioner before consumption if you are currently taking any anti-coagulant drugs (such as warfarin, coumadin, heparin), any other medication or if you are pregnant/lactating.
