About Stella & Chewy’s
In 1997, Marie Moody adopted a dog named Stella from a local animal shelter. Soon after, Marie decided that Stella needed a companion and adopted a sick pup named Chewy, who quickly joined the family and played a crucial role in the company’s history. To address Chewy's health issues, Marie followed a veterinarian's advice and began feeding him a raw diet. Chewy rapidly recovered, and both he and Stella thrived on their new diet, inspiring Marie to pursue her passion for pet nutrition and establish Stella & Chewy’s.
