Suggested Usage
Adults: Apply 1/8 teaspoon (10mg) to 1/4 teaspoon (20mg) to thin skinned areas such as inner forearms, breastbone, neck, face, ankles. Use morning and night. Each pump provides approximately 20 mg of bio-identical USP progesterone. Wash hands after application and avoid direct exposure to the area until fully absorbed.
