Advanced B Complex contains benfotiamine, a form of vitamin B1 that is five times more bioavailable than other forms of thiamin, as well as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P), methylcobalamin and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, bio-active forms of vitamin B6, B12 and folate respectively.

    My go-to for B and energy!

    The quality of this product speaks for itself! I've taken a B Complex (OTC, drug store) for years and honestly never noticed that I was taking it. I switched at the suggestion of my nutritionist to a more pure and higher quality version. This brand was her top suggestion and now I can see why. It helps with energy levels without jitters, my nails are longer than they've ever been, and my hair has grown more in 2 months than in 2 years. My skin texture and clarity improved.
