The cholecalciferol form of vitamin D3 used in this product is derived from cholesterol in sheep's wool, making it suitable for vegetarians. Great combination and no fillers

I did a lot of research before I ordered this particular brand and combination. If you stay away from the fillers like sterates, this company is great. It’s one of the Dr. recommended brands also. We know we need D3 but you need K2 as well for calcium to get where it needs to go instead of your arteries. Everything from this company is very good. I used to go to Pure Encapsulations quite often, but Nestlé bought them.

Perfect for this nursing mother!

I just had a baby and am nursing so the hospital recommended I give my baby vitamin D drops. They made my newborn constipated and he was very uncomfortable, so when talking to my pediatrician about it, he recommended instead that I take these myself and the benefits would be transmitted to the baby through my milk. I have been taking them daily for almost two months now and they have been great! My stomach is usually sensitive when it comes to vitamins, but I've had no trouble with these at all. And it is very comforting to know my baby is getting the vitamins he needs without being exposed to all the chemicals in the infant vitamin drops. I'm almost out of my first bottle so I will be ordering several more soon!

SEEKING HEALTHY - ALWAYS RELIABILE

Like so many of you, I too have low vitamin D levels and I too have heard it's best to supplement D3 with vitamin K. Rather than buy both vitamins separately, I knew right away I would find what I need from in the Seeking Health line of supplements. Dr. Lynch is my go to and trusted source for up to date health information and his Seeking Health line of supplements has always been very reliable for me. This D3/K2 is no different. I am very sensitive to random additives often used by other companies, but so far, I have never had a problem with Seeking Health products. Great company and awesome customer service as well.

VERY EFFECTIVE!

My doctor recommended this product because my Vit D level after testing was below the norm. It was at 26 ng. I believe the norm is 30ng+. She had me take 2 per day or 10000 IU of this product for 1 month and checked levels again. To my surprise, my levels jumped to 90 ng!!! Too high of course but it speaks to the efficacy of this product. I am now on a lower dose of Vit D3/k2 for maintenance, but you can rest assured you are getting your money's worth with this brand.

absorbable

After taking this supplement for some time now, my Vit D blood work level came back over 100. Which some say is too much, but my point is, depending on your gut this product is very absorbable so therefor effective.
