    great magnesium

    It's hard to find a good magnesium product that my nutritionist accepts as good (able to be absorbed and the right types of magnesium). This is the product that wins! Good ingredients and good price.

    Order came fast. As described. Good price

    Pills are a little big. I take this since I am doing the keto diet and want to make sure I am getting all the electrolytes I need. Best to take with a meal or at least not on an empty stomach to prevent any nausea.
