Super Miraforte with Standardized Lignans from Life Extension may help maintain testosterone levels already within the normal range; additionally, it is believed to help maintain normal estrogen levels by disrupting testosterone conversion into estrogen. This formula contains extracts from carefully selected herbs, including bioperine that is believed to work synergistically with the other ingredients in this formula for optimal absorption. During normal aging, testosterone supports a normal mood, cognitive health and sex drive, and healthy weight management.
This supplement contains the compound zinc, which reacts with non-metal compounds to limit oxidation. Extracts in this formula that may benefit from zinc includes: Chrysin, which is a type of flavonoid found in passion flower and may help maintain hormone production; muira puama, a rainforest herb, which may promote a healthy libido; Maca, a cruciferous vegetable native to the high Andes of Peru, is believed to support healthy blood flow and oxygenation of the blood for support of healthy energy levels; stinging and dwarf nettle seeks to support a healthy stress and frustration response, including support for a healthy mood and normal behavior; HMRlignan Norway spruce contains lignan that works with other compounds in the body for optimal delivery; and Bioperine piperine from black pepper, which is an alkaloid and is believed to support neurotransmission and cell signaling.

Suggested Usage

Warnings
If you are taking any medication, use only under physician supervision. Men with existing prostate cancer may not be able to use this product. Elevations in free testosterone can unmask an occult (hidden) prostate cancer. Anyone with this concern should have a baseline PSA prior to using this product and a follow-up PSA test 60 days later. If a significant elevation of PSA is found, discontinue this product and advise physician.
Life Extension advises: do not take more than 15 mg per day of the Bioperine® in this product.
