    This product works!

    Ive tried many products for sleep - I have found this works the best. I take 3 per night - 1 about an hour before bed and 2 right before I get in bed.

    Mood Support

    I bought this for my 14-year old daughter for mood support, sleep, mild depression. The effects were immediate, I'd say within 3 days. Mainly, she's eating regularly with a more positive outlook. And the mood...yes, finally, it's more even, less angst more amiable. I've searched for years and have an arsenal of back-ups. I give her one pill before bed. Will repurchase! (Side note: her symptoms are consistent for a child diagnosed with NVLD).

    Sleep, Sleep, Sleep ... Yes !

    I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue several years ago. Over the past year my sleeping patterns have worsened where I can not stay asleep and/or am not getting enough of the right kind of sleep. I saw Tranquility Complex at a nutritionists office and decided to try it out as I was tired of taking prescription sleep aides. I was skeptical at first but it works! I take 2 capsules an hour before I go to bed. I fall asleep, stay asleep for longer duration's than I had before AND I have dreams again! I wake up feeling rested and not groggy. I love this product and will continue to take it.
