    The quality & price of this supplement is fantastic to me. Selenium is an important trace mineral that I prefer to take as a supplement instead of seafood or organ meats

    Taken to Counteract Prescription Medication Effects

    I take this to counteract the fact that one of my prescription medications that I have been taking for years depletes the body of selenium. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow.
