    Thyroid support

    Selenium was recommended by my physician for thyroid support for my autoimmune thyroid disease. I find daily pill easier than eating Brazil nuts or other selenium rich foods. One and done-less to think about. This brand is reliable and good value.

    Taken to Counteract Prescription Medication Effects

    I take this to counteract the fact that one of my prescription medications that I have been taking for years depletes the body of selenium. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow.
