    Royal Jelly contains B Vitamins (especially rich in pantothenic acid), nucleic acid , essential amino acids, essential fatty acids - especially the famous 10-HDA (hydroxy monounsaturated fatty acids), acetylcholine, collagen, lecithin, gamma globulin, beta sitosterol, enzymes, essential vitamins and minerals.

    Suggested Usage

    Excellent Product

    I've ordered this honey about 10 times or more. It's delicious and most of all is full of all the b vitamins and more. Honey is an energizer and this honey has bee pollen and much more. The taste and texture is nothing like syrupy honey; it thick and complex tasting but still very sweet. I take a teaspoon every morning first thing with a small amount of pure coconut water as a companion and I look forward to this eye opener every day. This is pure clean energy!
