Suggested Usage

Mix one level scoop (provided in container) of 100% natural Whey Protein with 4 to 6 oz of cold water, soy milk, juice or your favorite beverage. For a protein smoothie, blend with crushed ice and add juice or fruit to taste. May also be used with cereals, yogurt or pancakes to increase the protein in the diet.

    Great Protein Powder, I use it everyday

    I've been buying this protein powder for a few months now and it's great. I buy unflavored and there is also no grittiness or after taste, I don't even know it's in my daily smoothie.

    Great Product - have used it for years.

    A regular nutritional supplement recommended for me to try some years ago.I use either chocolate or vanilla and love the taste and feel of them both each day.. Would recommend to others.

    No artificial sweeteners!

    We've tried numerous varieties of protein powders and this is our favorite. Great for making low carb shakes with no artificial sweeteners. The monk fruit is perfect - some other "natural" sweeteners tend to have adverse side effects. Easy to use in recipes to increase the protein level, like muffins. Both chocolate and vanilla are tasty. Thank you Jarrow!

    basic post workout supplement

    A regular post weight training supplement fro me.I use the unflavored with whole milk to increase the mass of protein provided. Good taste, dissolves well.
