Suggested Usage

One capsule per day, with a meal.

    Strong nails!

    Not easy to know what benefits my bones may be getting from my daily dose of Vitamin D, but my nails have become really strong! It would be great if my bones have strengthened in the way my nails have and it seems to me that their major improvement is an indication that my Vitamin D regimen is extremely helpful for my whole body. As recommended on the label, I take my doses with food and have not experienced any problems with digestibility. I take 4000 IU of Pure Essence Vitamin D daily, plus another 1000 IU is in my daily multi-vitamins, making a daily total of 5000 IU. I would never give up my daily Vitamin D!

    Vitamin D3 perfect for me

    I like that it is a veggie tab without unnecessary additives and I tolerate the supplement well. It helps to keep my numbers in a good rsnge.

    vitamin D

    The vitamins are easy to swallow. Plus they arrived when they were suppose to and were fresh. I started taking vitamin D because my doctor advised that I do that. I would definitely buy from Pure Essence Labs again.
